DWC assisted the leading online e-Recruitment Service Provider in South Africa transition smoothly during their office relocation, focusing on the space planning, design and project management thereof.

With the office being installed in a warehouse, they wanted to add a mezzanine level to act as a ceiling to generate warmth in the vast open space. Our role for this project was putting together building appraisals, cost comparisons, estimates and schedules to ensure a seamless relocation. We quickly scoped out PNet’s requirements by liaising with their personnel to research their business objectives, company values, technical requirements, current and future working practices, headcount information, and of course budget and timescales in order to achieve the right office design for them.
